The challenge

Nordève wanted to stand out in a world of mass-produced knitwear by offering something truly distinct—sustainable, handmade garments that blend modern design with traditional craftsmanship. The brand needed to connect with a niche audience that values quality, comfort, and authenticity while staying true to its Northern European roots. Our challenge was to create an identity that felt premium yet approachable, and conveyed both sustainability and timeless style.

What we did

To bring this vision to life, we started by designing a custom logo that subtly interconnects the letters, resembling the flow of yarn—a nod to Nordève’s handmade approach. We then developed a color palette rooted in nature: deep greens, inspired by Northern European forests, paired with bold accents of pink, orange, and blue. These colors symbolize the brand’s connection to nature and sustainability while adding a modern, vibrant twist. The earthy tones evoke groundedness and warmth, while the vibrant accents reflect individuality and a fresh perspective. The resulting visual identity is both contemporary and timeless, embodying Nordève’s essence as a premium, yet humble knitwear brand.
